(XF) was built on the vision of providing
organizations across the nation with the most
profitable fundraising program available, a
valuable product for their supporters, and
industry leading customer service.
Everyone at XF understands that customer service
is just as important as the fundraising
product. The XF team includes a unique and
diverse group of individuals with a wide range
of backgrounds including professional sports,
business, education, sales, and graphic design.
All of these individuals were at one time or
another associated with non-profit organizations
struggling to reach financial goals. During
those times, they participated in a variety of
fundraising programs. It was very discouraging
to them to spend countless hours on programs
that returned very little. Most people didn't
really want the products they had to offer and
most supporters considered the effort just a way
of asking for donations. Thus, it became a
collective goal and the initial concept of XF,
to offer a product that was not only affordable,
but also provided a considerable value to those
supporters.
Lets face it, in
today's economy; supporters are very hesitant to
just donate cash or waste money on useless
items. They want to feel good about how they
help you and providing them with savings on
thousands of local and national products and
services they already use is the key to doing
just that. It's the best way to make them feel
good about supporting your program. All
day car washes and bake sales are a thing of the
